Ingredients

1/2 cup chia seeds
1 cup pumpkin purée
1 scoop cinnamon protein powder
1 1/2 cupsalmond milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple syrup

Directions

Combine all ingredients and let stand for about 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream and whole pecans, if desired.
